So now my quilts are home from IQF in Houston and back on the studio walls. Thanksgiving has come and gone. The Fayetteville show is over. "Canopy" has returned home from Chattanooga and is up in the entry hall. I just have to deliver the purchased artwork and can then get on with the next project.
EXCEPT for the Home Tour, which is this Saturday. So on Thursday the cleaning lady comes, and sometime this week the lawn guy will come if it quits raining. Lights are up outside the house (for the first time in my life, I think), the halls are decked, the tree is decorated and already shedding needles at a great rate. I "just" have to finish cleaning up the studio and put away the Christmas boxes. Once the tour is over, Gee Gee and I can return to our usual routine. I will be very glad. Ho, ho, ho.
